2. Motivating Yourself Often During the Day

3.Checking Your Habits (Feeling Happy With The Small Things)

A coffee in the morning? I know many of us are trying to find our energy with coffee. When we say exam weeks, meetings, accumulated works, and when we cannot even spare time for ourselves, “Let me have a coffee, then continue.” there are moments when you say you are really exhausted. But with a coffee, you can get rid of this tiredness, gather yourself and continue your work. Did you know that most of the reason for this is psychological? 🙃

Yes, coffee is a drink that helps energize you a lot, but the main reason you gather is because of your belief in coffee. Here, always appreciate the value of your strong habits such as coffee and try not to lose it. When you are weak, know that when you drink a coffee everything will pass and you will focus and strengthen again. Something like superpower. 😋

If you have a habit of coffee, you may want to make it a hobby. Afterwards, you will see what it means to feel happy when you feel more vigorous and energetic by drinking or making coffee. It’s that simple 🙂

4. Improve Yourself and Do What You Love

Some people are happy with success, some people are happy while learning new hobbies, others by improving themselves in different areas. You can choose an option that is closest to you that you can feel good about and continue on your way 🔜

The internet is a place where there are more useful content for you than you can think of. Unfortunately, since we have all been reading and working online for almost a year and this will continue for a while, everything I can recommend to improve yourself is online 😢

You know that there are a lot of training and online internships you can apply for. If you are studying during this period when you are sitting at home, you can take the time to take trainings with your school and fill your CV. It will make you feel good to make the most of the pandemic period.

We are all very impressed by this period and now we want to return to our old life. But if you can manage this period well, it may be a period where you feel a little happier and satisfy instead of torture. “I’ve managed it badly so far.” Those who say, no problem, you are not late, it is never too late to start!

Those who want to learn new hobbies, this part is for you too! In your spare time or in quarantines, instead of getting bored at home, you can find yourself a lot of endeavors to feed yourself.

I have done everything you can think of to be least affected by the pandemic, the problem of staying at home and its psychology since the black date when the virus was seen in our country on March 11. These; puzzles, instruments, reading books, painting, drawing, home sports, lots of education …

These were the activities that kept me busy and sometimes forget the pandemic a little bit, and there was a lot of time I felt really peaceful and happy. Therefore, it will be good for you for a lifetime to acquire new hobbies that you will feel good about. I will call it internet again, but don’t be angry with me because it works very well when used really efficiently and pamdemi conditions require it.

If you have a desire to play any instrument, don’t be put off. By learning to play the guitar myself, I can confidently say to you that if you have the slightest desire, run to Youtube and start learning. There is nothing you cannot achieve when you want to.

If there is a computer program you are interested in, or you are interested in coding. Run to the online training sites I mentioned above, find and learn.
Make trip plans. Write down the places you will go after the pandemic, make your plans now, it will make you feel good. If you made a travel plan when there was a pandemic; Do not forget to wear your mask and follow social distance 😋

You will see that you will feel much better if you do the things that you develop and nurture yourself than if you spend your days in vain. “In vain my life is at home.” instead of saying, “I’m preparing myself for the aftermath of the pandemic.” or “I now have new hobbies that I enjoy doing.” You will motivate yourself by saying.

In fact, we have plenty of time to spend at home, to listen to ourselves. It’s time to find out what you love! You can research, learn and try everything while we are at home. Perhaps one of the benefits of quarantine is that you can choose the job you love 😉

You can try and do research until you feel confident. No matter what grade you are in the moment you find it, whether you are not studying or wherever you work, strive for that job you love. Whatever you need, you have plenty of time at home and you can take care of everything.

Doing the job you love is perfect for feeling happy. Find that job that you will enjoy doing, that you will not be bored with no matter how hard you try, and do not let go of it. Let this be one of your 4th but most important steps 😎

5.Set Goals and Save Money

Setting goals empowers you. Knowing what you want is as important as feeling happy. The moment you set a goal and see the result of everything you do for that goal, you will become stronger. First imagine what you want your goal to be. You will see that even it will feel good. Then draw a path for that goal.

As you go through the steps one by one, the closer you are to achieving that goal, the more self-sacrificing you will work. Don’t give up, no matter how hard it is. Nothing good happens easily, in a flash. Remember, it takes courage to dream something and to burn ships for your dreams. Do not let go of your goal, dare.

Saving money is actually one of these goals. Saving, saving and doing things with your savings (like traveling, buying something you want so much) is the most fun thing to do to feel happy in the world. 😜 Making savings allows you to prepare yourself for your future life and to spend your current life consciously. You will feel better as your money accumulates, give it a try 🤓

Feeling happy encourages you, and feeling happy allows you to invest in the future.

6. Hug your loved ones whenever you find an opportunity and never stop smiling

Smiling at those moments when we can’t get enough of it reminds me that that moment is not permanent and that I should have fun and be happy. Smiling is also a gift given to you both to get rid of your troubles and worries and to appreciate the memory. Whatever happens, don’t stop smiling!
